Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will build guest relationships, support store goals, and process transactions accurately. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive, respectful attitude toward all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs and delivering on Altar'd State service standards.
• Acknowledge, interact and build relationships with guests to create loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained store environment and assist in merchandising displays.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately, including cash handling and making change.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to protect company assets.
• Report to work as scheduled and stay flexible to the needs of the business.
