Job summary

Avolta AG is seeking a motivated Stock Associate in San Jose to help keep store shelves stocked and orders fulfilled. You will unload deliveries, count inventory, and report shortages while ensuring a clean and secure stock area.

A proactive communicator with attention to detail will thrive in this role. The position involves lifting up to 60 lbs, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and supporting store operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill stock orders and deliver to terminal stores.
• Count incoming merchandise and report shortages/overages to management.
• Receive and unload truck deliveries.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory checks and reconcile variances.
• Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise.
• Maintain a secure stock area and protect company assets.
• Assist with stocking in stores and backrooms.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees.
• Help with trash removal and recycling.
