World Market in Orchard, CO is seeking team-oriented associates to deliver an engaging shopping experience. You will help customers, manage merchandise, and ensure clean, organized floors while contributing to a fun atmosphere and memorable service.

Prior retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most. Roles include full-time or part-time shifts with opportunities for growth, training, and access to the company 401(k) plan after eligibility.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”

Hourly Pay Range is $15.16-$15.66

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.

Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
