World Market is hiring in-store associates in Colorado to help customers, share product knowledge, and make shopping fun. You will join a team that values authenticity, empowerment, and respect while delivering memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customers.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.16-$15.66

Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.

Benefits for full‑time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
