Job summary

World Market in Plano, TX is seeking associates to deliver a fun, memorable shopping experience while assisting customers and maintaining shelves and stockroom areas. You will support freight processing, pricing, and restocking in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.

• Checkout customers in-store and support buy-online-pickup-in-store orders as needed.
• Share product knowledge to help customers find items.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks.

• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

• Maintain an organized stockroom.

• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.

• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.

• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything".

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
