What You’ll Do

As a stock associate, you’ll delight shoppers by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and delivering curbside orders.

1. Physically unload trucks and check in products following company procedures.
2. Stock merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, and safety standards.
3. Maintain organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
4. Follow loss prevention and merchandise procedures.
5. Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
6. Assist customers and represent the World Market brand.
7. Cashier as needed, following register procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• A positive attitude and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Preferred but not required: 1+ years retail experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
