Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE
As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will also support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure products are moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well-organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest service when needed.
