Job Description:

As a Stock Associate at Roller Rabbit, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure merchandise is easily accessible, accurately labeled, and efficiently stored.
• Oversee the receiving, processing, and merchandising of incoming shipments in collaboration with the stock team.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management to replenish inventory, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
• Conduct regular audits of stock areas to maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with demonstrated expertise in stock management and customer service.
• Must be an individual who possesses drive, is goal oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise, up to 20-25 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
