Locust Ridge Nursing Home in Williamsburg, OH is seeking a dedicated Full-Time State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our Nightshift team. You will provide high-quality resident care in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily living activities; documenting care; upholding resident rights and dignity; and using lift equipment as needed. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
• Assist in daily care of residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
