Job summary

Locust Ridge Nursing Home is seeking experienced Full-Time State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join the Dayshift team in Williamsburg, Ohio. You will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive, professional environment.

Qualified STNAs will have certification, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to use lift equipment to move and transfer residents, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
