Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated STNA for night shifts (7p-7a) on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and uphold resident rights in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes proper lifting, documentation, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure resident safety and comfort during night hours.

Competenze

• Certification: STNA certification required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Mansioni

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
