Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This full-time or part-time role offers an opportunity to care for residents in a supportive environment and to grow professionally within the team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting resident rights, and adhering to facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
