Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the night shift from 7p to 7a. This role supports residents with daily care and privacy while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and activities of daily living, documenting care and following facility policies. A caring team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
