Job summary

White Oak Healthcare in Warren, Ohio is seeking a Night Shift STNA to join our dedicated care team. You will assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting recovery in a welcoming environment.

As an STNA, you will monitor vital signs, assist with mobility and daily activities, and help implement individualized care plans while documenting care activities per facility policies. Applicants with Ohio STNA certification are encouraged to apply.

Night Shift STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant

As a leading rehabilitation center in Warren, Ohio, we are seeking talented and compassionate STNA State Tested Nursing Assistants to join our night shift team.

As a STNA, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to deliver high-quality patient care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our nursing staff in providing personalized care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and participate in vital signs monitoring, mobility, and other daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vital signs monitoring, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Aid in transferring patients, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and positioning patients safely
• Participate in daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information and care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures
