Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the 7a-7p dayshift. This full-time or part-time role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• STNA certification required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning.
• Protect resident rights; treat residents with dignity; safeguard belongings; report abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
