CEDARS OF LEBANON in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the Behavioral Unit on dayshift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document care in the charting system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
