Job summary

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our Behavioral Unit Dayshift team in Lebanon, OH. You will provide compassionate, resident-focused care and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support independence and well-being.

In this role you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and documentation, participate in care planning, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment. A valid OH STNA certification is required with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
