Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years of STNA experience (new grads welcomed).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
