Job summary

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Behavioral Unit on dayshift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately to support individualized resident plans.

The successful candidate must be STNA certified in Ohio, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 0 years of experience or be a new graduate. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings
