Job summary

O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood is seeking a Regular Full Time STNA to join our caring team in Lakewood, OH. The position involves participating in individualized care plans, documenting care provided, and supporting nurses and residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates hold a State Tested Nursing Assistant certification and are in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing individualized care plans for residents.

• Directly provide nursing or nursing-related services and assist other STNAs and nurses as directed.

Primary STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) Responsibilities include:

• Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for residents as assigned
• Document in the nursing assistant notes the care and treatment provided to the resident and the resident’s response or lack of response to care provided
• Follow facility procedures for admission, discharge, andtransfer of residents
• Directly provide nursing ornursing-relatedservice
• Assist otherSTNAsand nurses at the direction of the Charge Nurse
• STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) Qualifications:
• Successful completion of state testing for nursing assistants
• Must be in good standings with Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• Must be willing and able to learn
