Job summary

The ARC at Cincinnati is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an STNA, you will help provide high-quality resident care and support daily living activities in a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.

Available shifts include Day and Night, with opportunities to work closely with nurses and caregivers. Join our team to make a meaningful difference for residents and grow in a supportive, patient-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to care needs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Assist residents with meals while following dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Measure and document food and fluid intake and output.
• Record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
• Monitor residents for signs of injury, illness, or other concerns and report findings promptly.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other team members.
