Job summary

Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dayton, OH is seeking an STNA to provide compassionate resident care on site. You’ll assist with ADLs, monitor well-being, and work closely with residents, families, and teammates to maintain a safe, respectful living environment.
