• Provide quality care to residents, assisting with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Ensure residents’ physical and emotional well-being with kindness and patience.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
