Hiring State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) for Skilled Nursing Facilities

We are seeking compassionate STNAs/ State Tested Nurse Aides to work within our client's facilities, providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a Flagstar STNA, you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.

Hourly pay rate: $20 - $21 Hourly

Flagstar STNAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

•Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.

•Effectively manage your caseload and complete timely and accurate clinical notes, including addressing patient progress.
