Job description

STNA Scheduler provides staffing and scheduling for the nursing staff to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. In this role, you will also monitor inventory and order supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares schedule for the nursing department by scheduling all nurses and nursing assistants to ensure state mandated staffing ratios (PPD) are maintained.
  • Monitors overtime and makes daily staffing adjustments according to census needs.
  • Maintains daily roster sheets for each shift.
  • Conducts daily review of previous day’s time clock punches with schedules.
  • Monitors inventory of supplies and recommends replenishing supply orders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

STNA certification required
