Arbors at Springfield is seeking a Transportation - State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to drive the facility van to and from appointments and activities, and to support residents with transportation needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focusing on comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable driving, and compassionate care. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and write at job level.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility van to and from appointments and activities.
• Provide emotional support to residents.
• Keep van clean, tidy, and mechanically sound.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
