Job summary

PACS is seeking caring individuals to join Hillsboro Post Acute as a caregiver. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate support, and help maintain comfort, dignity and independence. You will monitor changes in residents and report to the nursing team to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio STNA certification.
• Flexible availability to match scheduling needs.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
