Chillicothe SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate STNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents at our Chillicothe facility.

The role is full-time with a 2 PM – 10 PM shift. Starting base pay is $18.00/hour, with increases based on years of experience. Join a supportive team focused on resident well-being and safety.

General Purpose

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
