Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior work in healthcare desirable; COVID vaccination required or willing to obtain.

• Monitor and respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist in daily activities and programs.
• Document activities of daily living and care provided in resident records.
