CommuniCare Health Services' Southbrook Health Care Center in Springfield, OH, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide hands-on resident care, support daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior healthcare experience desirable.
• Must have or be willing to take COVID vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and events.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified, respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Maintain resident documentation for activities of daily living and restorative programs.
