Canfield Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our day shift team in Youngstown, OH 44511. We offer starting wages up to $20.50 per hour (experience-based) and full-time, part-time and PRN positions, with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule.

As an STNA, you will assist with resident care per care plans, support activities, maintain records, and help create a clean, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license in Ohio.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal and nursing care according to the care plan.
• Facilitate resident activities and provide support as needed.
• Document care activities and update resident records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and ensure timely meal service.
