Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

Job Duties & Responsibilities

As an STNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal/nursing care as per resident care plan
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests respectfully
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment
• Assist in preparing residents for activities
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Create a safe, comfortable environment
• Meet food service needs timely and compassionately
• Maintain documentation records
• Adhere to policies, quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Attend training and educational programs
• Perform other activities as requested
