QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience in decision-making is a plus
• Healthcare experience desirable but not required

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an STNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident needs respectfully and with dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
• Prepare residents for activities.
• Perform basic nursing procedures.
• Ensure timely and compassionate food service.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Attend training and educational sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
