Wyant Wood Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our nursing team in Akron, OH. We offer starting rates of $19–$20.50 per hour, with a $1.25 shift differential up to $21.75 total.

Various shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN, plus Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, health plans, and life insurance. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior work experience involving independent decision making is preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal and nursing care per the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and assist with resident activities.
• Respond to resident requests in a dignified, respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with care documentation.

Education
