Chardon Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our nursing team at Chardon.

We offer starting wages of $19.50/hr (experience-based) and PRN rate $19/hr, with benefits such as tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, health plans, and company-paid life insurance. Various shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter and pass state test within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal/nursing care as per resident care plan.
• Participate in resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Monitor and respond to resident needs in a respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Prepare residents for activities and document daily living activities.
