Job description

Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 an hour based on experience and credentials. On top of those great base rates, we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!

The facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN Positions. Come join our team as a state tested nurse aide at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. If you are not certified, we can assist you with getting certified! This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Act as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Provide feedback for individualizing resident care plans.

STNA QUALIFICATIONS

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Have a sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families.
