Atrium Centers Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated STNA for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift in a 100-bed facility in Ohio. New wages start at $20 per hour.
You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans to support residents in a 100% ESOP environment. Requirements include a completed CNA/STNA course and current state license, plus strong communication and reliability.

Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
