Qualifications

• Active STNA license required or in good standing.
• Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable work ethic and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Practice and maintain proper infection control procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
