Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our 75-bed facility. This is a full-time position with day shifts and 12-hour rotations, offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

You will provide resident care per care plans, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate service mindset in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/STNA license in Ohio.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
