Park View Care Center in Edgerton, OH is actively seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join a compassionate, team-driven facility committed to high-quality resident care. We offer meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of residents and their families.

As an STNA, you’ll assist residents with daily activities, monitor health needs, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Valid STNA certification (state requirements).
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
• Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.
