Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program.
• Current Nurse Aide license from Ohio in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, and hygiene.
• Document the care provided and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide treatment per the ADL/treatment book and respond to resident calls promptly.
