Job summary

Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Fairborn, OH seeks compassionate STNAs to help residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for each day. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing daily living support and building trust with residents and families.

As an STNA, you’ll work alongside nurses to deliver hands-on care, support transfers, and help create a welcoming atmosphere across the building.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Ohio STNA certification.
• Genuine heart for caring for others.
• Dependable team player.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals).
• Providing hands-on care with patience and dignity.
• Supporting safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Working with nurses and fellow STNAs to deliver excellent care.
• Creating a positive, welcoming environment throughout the building.

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll help our residents feel comfortable, respected, safe, and cared for each day. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Providing hands-on care with patience and dignity
• Supporting safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Observing residents and communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Working alongside nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care
• Helping create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the building
