Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
• Providing hands-on care with patience and dignity.
• Supporting safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Observing residents and communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Working alongside nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care.
• Helping create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the building

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll help our residents feel comfortable, respected, safe, and cared for each day. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals

• Providing hands-on care with patience and dignity
