Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is hiring a Shift Team STNA at The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This flexible role lets you pick shifts across Ohio communities, with up to 29 hours per week and a user-friendly app to manage your schedule.

As a Shift Team STNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, nutrition, medications reminders, and report changes to the Assisted Living Director. Ohio licensing is required; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be a licensed STNA in OH.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care, including assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts/transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluids, and substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminds residents to take medication and handles containers for residents.
• Recognizes changes in residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director.
