Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for dayshift 7a-7p. This role supports residents with daily living tasks, promotes dignity, and helps maintain safe, compassionate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold STNA certification.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
