Heritagespring of West Chester in West Chester, OH is hiring Full Time and Part Time STNA (state tested nurse aide) positions for day shift. The role delivers direct care and supports residents and families, with a focus on quality care delivery in a skilled nursing setting.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.50 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Daily pay is available after shifts, and the facility offers a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Act as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
• Document care in the electronic medical record
• Provide feedback for individualizing resident care plans
