Job summary

Golden Years in Hamilton, OH is seeking compassionate STNAs for full-time and part-time Day/Night shifts at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents’ well-being in a team-focused environment.

We offer competitive wages ($19–$23.06/hour base), daily pay option, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, 401(k) employer match, generous PTO, and various health insurance plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Holds & maintains a STNA Certificate from the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit.
• Provides direct STNA care to the patients
• Provides basic care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities (such as bathing, dressing, and grooming)
• Assist the residents with meals
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Change linens and help maintain a safe & clean environment
• Provides emotional support and companionship to residents
