Job summary

Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide compassionate direct patient care. You will work with nursing staff to support daily living activities, grooming, and personal care while contributing to individualized care plans and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Experience in direct patient care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
