Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active STNA registry with the State of Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge to provide care appropriate to aging residents.
• Ability to assess data reflecting resident status and needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff and assist with room preparation to address resident needs and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill to care for residents in the neighborhood and report changes in condition or behavior.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies and ensure adequate stock for daily care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Exhibit service excellence and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values to promote resident satisfaction.
• Adhere to organizational policies to ensure quality performance and regulatory compliance.
