The Laurels of Blanchester is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support licensed staff in delivering individualized care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, promoting independence, and upholding safety and infection control standards. Requires a CNA credential and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant in good standing or a graduate of a state approved CNA program with competency exam within 120 days of employment.
• Meets all state and federal criminal background check requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as applicable.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Respond to call lights and changes in condition; report to licensed staff.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility procedures.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
